Mr. Kim is the Managing Partner of Jin & Kim and oversees various legal areas of the firm. He has been registered as a member of the Korean Bar Association since passing the Korean bar exam in 1987. In 2005, he passed the California bar exam and has been registered as a member of the California Bar Association as well. After passing the Korean Administrative Examination in 1985, he served as a GAO (General Administrative Officer) at the Korean Government General Affairs Office from 1986 to 1993 and as a JAG (Judge Advocate General) Officer at the Ministry of National Defense of the Republic of Korea from 1990 to 1993. He received his bachelor's degree from Seoul National University in 1985 and earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from Indiana University's Maurer School of Law in Indiana, U.S.A. in 2004. His native language is Korean, and he is fluent in English and has a working knowledge of Chinese.

He worked as a partner at Samyang Law Firm in Busan, Korea from 2004 to 2020 and has been working as a partner at Jin & Kim since 2020. In 1998, he received his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from Busan National University in Busan. His practice focuses primarily on labor law, real estate and building disputes, criminal law, family law, etc.

He worked as an associate at Jeongin Law Firm in Busan from 2002 to 2011 and has been working as a partner at Jin & Kim since 2011. In 1998, he graduated from Sungkyunkwan University in Seoul, Korea. His practice focuses primarily on real estate and building disputes, labor law, education law, criminal law, etc.

Mr. Jeong has been registered as a member of the Korean Bar Association since passing the bar exam in 2018. He has been working as an associate at Jin & Kim since 2018. He received his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree in Maritime Law from Korea Maritime University in Busan in 2015 and a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from Busan National University Law School in Busan in 2018. He spent a year studying at Saarland University (Universität des Saarland) in Saarbrücken, Germany (focusing on civil and commercial laws) in 2012, interned at Arnecke Siebeth Law Firm in Frankfurt, Germany in 2015, and served in the U.S.-Republic of Korea joint military program (KATUSA) for two years. His practice focuses primarily on property law, corporate law (including corporate legal counseling), etc. His native language is Korean, and he is also fluent in English and has a working knowledge of German.

Mr. Kim has been registered as a member of the Texas State Bar Association since passing the Texas State Bar Exam in 2003. He worked as a foreign attorney at Pusan International Law Offices in Busan from 2003 to 2008 and has been working as a foreign attorney at Jin & Kim since 2009. He was an adjunct professor at Dong-A University School of Law in Busan from 2008 to 2014 as well. Also, he is a registered member of the European Chamber of Commerce in Korea (ECCK) and an advisor to the Busan Anglo-American Law Study Association (BALSA). He obtained his bachelor's degree in Management and International Business from the University of Texas at San Antonio in Texas, U.S.A., in 1997, completed a graduate research course at Yonsei University Graduate School of International Studies in Seoul in 1998, and earned his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from St. Mary's University School of Law in Texas in 2003. He worked as a Law Clerk-Intern at the Texas Fourth District Court of Appeals in 2001 and the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas in 2003. His practice focuses primarily on commercial and maritime law, corporate law, international arbitration, matters relating to foreign clients residing in Korea or overseas clients, etc. His native language is English, and he is also fluent in Korean.

Mr. Lee has been registered as a member of the Washington D.C. Bar Association since passing the Washington D.C. bar exam in 2021. He has been working as a foreign attorney at Jin & Kim since 2021. Also, he is a registered member of the European Chamber of Commerce in Korea (ECCK) and an advisor to the Busan Anglo-American Law Study Association (BALSA). He studied at Grace College in Indiana, U.S.A. as an exchange student for a year (focusing on U.S. Law) in 2016 and obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree in Korean Law and U.S./International Law from Handong Global University in Pohang, Korea in 2017. In 2020, he earned his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from Handong International Law School in Pohang and his Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from Regent University School of Law located in Virginia, U.S.A. He worked as a legal intern at several law firms such as in 2018, ADF India in Delhi, India, ADF International in Washington D.C., and Just Law International in Virginia, and in 2019, MK in Seoul. His practice focuses primarily on commercial and maritime law, corporate law, international arbitration, matters relating to foreign clients residing in Korea or overseas clients, etc. He is fluent in both English and Korean.

Professor Yong Eui Kim is one of the Of Counsels who joined Jin & Kim and teaches international business transactions, commercial arbitration, and various disputes and principles of law related to international and US law at Dong-A University Law School. He has been registered as a member of the Arizona State Bar Association since passing the Arizona State Bar Exam. From 1995 to 2000, he served as CEO and legal manager at Beryl Investment Management Inc. in the U.S.A., and from 2001 to 2005, he was a founding member and attorney at Chang & Kim in the U.S.A. In 2000, he earned a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from Western State University College of Law in California. He is fluent in Korean, English, and Japanese.
