Mr. Chung worked as Foreign Legal Consultant at Pusan International Law Offices from 2000 to 2007. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Chung served as a captain of the United States Army. After receiving his Doctorate in Jurisprudence from St. Louis University School of Law and becoming admitted to the Missouri Bar, Mr. Chung worked as State Police Officer for State of Hawaii-Department of Public Safety. Mr. Chung’s fluent in Korean and English, and his expertise in law are primarily on general business, commercial and maritime litigation and transactions, with an emphasis on business and corporate transactions and litigation.
